• Doors Open: 8:00 AM. Please use the main High School Gym entrance. Waynesville High School's address is 200 G.W. Lane St. in Waynesville.

• Check-In: All teams must check in at the main table to pay, sign waivers, and take a team photo.

• Payment: $50 per team, per tournament ($25 per player). We accept cash, check or credit card. 

This is an approximate time and can change on the fly depending on the number of registered teams changing between now and then so please err on the side of being there ahead of time. If your team is not there by the time your tournament starts you might miss your opportunity to play. 

• 8:30 AM: Recreational Open Doubles

• 10:00 AM: Competitive Men’s & Women’s Doubles*

• 11:00 AM: Competitive Mixed Doubles 

• *Note: We currently have 2 Women’s teams; we need 2 more to hold a separate bracket, otherwise these teams will move to the Recreational tournament. I will contact the Women’s teams Thursday evening via email to let them know the status.

• Again, these are approximate times and I would highly recommend having your team there early to cheer on the other teams.

• There will be two nets set up for warm-ups/practice in the upper gym for those that have signed the player’s waiver.

• Standard Rules: We will follow USA Pickleball regulations.

• Scoring: Play-in games (for seeding) are played to 11. Bracket games are played to 11, win by 2.

• Officiating: Teams call their own "out of bounds." If a ball from another court enters yours, call "stop" and replay the serve.

• Reporting: Both teams must sign the scorecard and return it (with the ball) to the scorer’s table immediately after the match.

• Be ready to play when your court is available. Check in at the scorer’s table to know when your next match is ready to be played.
